DIRECTOR

Based in Studio City, CA, Vincent Vinh is a Director with Facktor’s Value & Quality division. Vinh has nearly 15 years of healthcare experience, specializing in quality improvement, Health Information Exchange (HIE), clinical data reporting, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) optimization to further improve clinical data, care coordination, and patient health outcomes. Vinh works shoulder-to-shoulder with clients on quality improvement projects, practice workflow redesigns, care coordination workflows, and Alternative Payment Model (APM) preparation.

Prior to joining Facktor, Vinh worked as Associate Director at the California Medical Association. There he supported small, medium and large medical practices, leveraging health information technology to improve operational efficiencies and health quality outcomes. Vinh obtained his Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of California, Irvine. Outside of the office, Vincent enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, playing sports, and exploring new culinary experiences.
