SENIOR ADVISOR
Based in West Central, Indiana, Terry (T.J.) Warren is a Senior Advisor with Facktor’s Finance division. Warren works to provide a wide range of financial management services including, but not limited to interim CFO services.

Warren, an accomplished healthcare professional with 26 years of experience in accounting, currently serves as the President and CEO of Valley Professionals Community Health Center (VPCHC). His journey with VPCHC began in 2008 when he joined as the Chief Financial Officer. His dedication and strategic vision led to his selection as CEO in 2014. Under Mr. Warren’s leadership, VPCHC has experienced remarkable growth and expansion. Initially operating from four locations, the organization now boasts nine locations, including a mobile unit, catering to a broader population. He has successfully integrated medical, dental, psychiatry, behavioral health, endocrinology, and chiropractic services, creating a holistic approach to patient care.

Beyond his leadership roles at Facktor and VPCHC, Warren actively contributes to the healthcare landscape. He holds a seat on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Community Health Centers, representing Region 5. Additionally, Warren serves as a board member of the Indiana Primary Health Care Association, demonstrating his commitment to enhancing healthcare services within the state. Moreover, his dedication to improving rural healthcare is evident through his role as Treasurer of the Rural Health Innovation Collaborative. These board positions showcase Warren’s dedication to advancing healthcare outcomes and advocating for underserved communities.

Warren holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana State University and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Outside of the office, Warren enjoys playing golf and watching his kids play sports.
