MANAGER

Based in Riverside, CA, Tanaka Nhong is a member of Facktor’s Business Intelligence division. Prior to joining Facktor, Nhong worked as a Supervisor of ACO MSSP Quality Reporting for Aledade, a value-based care aggregator company that serves a network of practices transitioning to value-based care. There he led company-wide initiatives and procedures on ensuring timely and accurate reporting for programs such as MSSP, REACH, Primary Care Flex while supervising quality performance. Nhong also brings experience as a former Business Analyst and Practice Transformation Specialist, where he strategically implemented unique outreach campaigns and offered clinical optimization at companies like Optum. 

His broad industry experience includes value based care, clinical quality improvement, population health management, HCC risk adjustment, practice transformation, and data analysis. Nhong holds a bachelor of science in Human Development and Family Science from The Ohio State University and is currently attending the University of La Verne for his Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Outside of the office, Tanaka enjoys cooking with his wife Lyn, music, and martial arts.
