MANAGER

Based in San Diego, CA, Shellie Rone is a Manager in Facktor's Value & Quality division. Prior to joining Facktor, Rone worked as a Quality Improvement Specialist for the County of San Diego Public Health Services Administration. There she facilitated all QI efforts within the branches of Public Health, coaching teams on process improvement and Lean methodologies. Rone also brings experience as a former QI and Care Coordination Manager for an FQHC in Southern San Diego County, where she oversaw quality performance initiatives as well as the care coordination program at the clinic sites.

Rone holds her Bachelor’s in Public Health from National University and earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from San Diego State University. Outside of the office, Rone enjoys hiking, traveling, cooking, and running.
