MANAGER

Based in Salem, Oregon, Sebastion Shoun is a Manager in Facktor's Strategy & Growth Group. He partners with community health centers to provide interim human resources leadership, organizational assessments, and strategic consulting that strengthensleadership, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy. Sebastion brings morethan a decade of progressive human resources experience spanning healthcare and corporate technology, helping leaders navigate complex organizational challenges with practical, people-centered solutions.

Prior to joining Facktor, Sebastion served as Manager of HR Business Partners at Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics, where he led a team of HR Business Partners and advised executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and talent management across a multi-hospital, multi-clinic health system. He also served as a Senior HR Business Partner at Amazon, supporting a global organization of more than 6,000 employees across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. His experience includes leading organizational redesign efforts, workforce planning initiatives, leadership development programs, enterprise people analytics, and large- scale change management.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Corban University. Outside of work, Sebastion enjoys traveling with his wife, playing golf, perfecting his latte art, and visiting his family's cranberry farm on the southern Oregon coast.
