Based in Kentucky, Caldwell Asher brings more than two decades of RCM experience to the team. A seasoned RCM and RHC leader, she has spent years working with mission-driven organizations and served as Director of Network Administration at Kentucky Primary Care Association / Kentucky Integrated Care, leading operational and strategic functions across credentialing, enrollment, payor relations, and provider engagement, with experience in value-based contracting and service center oversight. Caldwell Asher has partnered closely with member organizations to drive outcomes, deliver technical assistance, and ensure FQHC and RHC compliance. She completed coursework in Business Administration from Southeast Community College and Eastern Kentucky University and has been a Certified Professional Biller (CPB) and Certified Rural Health Clinic Professional (CRHCP).
