SENIOR DIRECTOR

Based from both Los Angeles and Columbus, OH, Ryan Rysyk is the Behavioral Health and Social Services Lead in Facktor’s Clinical Optimization division. Rysyk works to build and strengthen behavioral health and social services programs as well as prepare organizations for Value-Based Care (VBC)/Alternative Payment Models (APM). Rysyk’s other areas of expertise include clinical integration, Population Health Management (PHM), SUD/MAT, Social Drivers of Health (SDOH), Enhanced Care Management (ECM), and the creation/design of quality (QI) metric dashboards and patient registries.

Before joining Facktor, Rysyk worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in a variety of settings (hospitals, community health centers, MAT programs, and supportive housing organizations), where he developed a passion for using data to foster equitable clinical care. Rysyk holds a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University and is currently licensed as an LCSW. Outside of work, Rysyk enjoys traveling—Provincetown is a favorite spot—and keeping up with the vibrant food scenes in Los Angeles and Columbus.
