DIRECTOR
Based in Northwest Indiana, Patty Johnson is a member of Facktor’s Operations division. Johnson has over 25 years of experience moving organizations towards financial sustainability, strategic vision realization, and operational excellence in addition to fostering stakeholder alignment to consensus. Johnson has an extensive track record of successful executive and senior leadership experience and has developed and implemented growth strategies to establish, improve, and expand programs and services.  Johnson’s experience is rooted in forging lasting relationships based on integrity, accountability, and stewardship in the relentless pursuit of the Quintuple Aim.

Prior to joining Facktor, Johnson served as the Chief Executive Officer for a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike providing leadership, direction, and guidance for all aspects of the health center and related healthcare services. She acted in the capacities of CFO in collaboration with the Board Treasurer as well as COO. Johnson led the organization to great success in financial efficiency, growth of market share, clinical integration, strategy planning and execution, board regulations and governance, safety and quality, process improvement, patient experience and regulatory compliance. 

Johnson received a bachelor of science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Johnson is also a Certified Medical Practice Executive through The American College of Medical Practice Executives.
