Based in Los Angeles, CA, Natalia Sejbuk leads Facktor’s Value & Quality division. Sejbuk specializes in health center operations, quality improvement, practice transformation, patient-centered medical homes (PCMHs), and value-based care models. She brings almost fifteen years of experience in healthcare and public health organizations to Facktor, previously working at Health Net of California as a Senior Quality Improvement Specialist, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health as an Epidemiology Analyst, the University of California, Los Angeles as a Research
Associate, and the World Health Organization as an Intern of Chronic Disease Management.

Sejbuk’s focus is on targeted quality improvement efforts among the safety-net population. Sejbuk leads Facktor’s Alternative Payment Methodology Taskforce, projects for Operational Site Visit audits by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), serves interim roles at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), and spearheads efforts for value-based care implementation and strategies.

Sejbuk obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Public Health from the University of Southern California. She is also a PCMH Certified Content Expert named by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
