SENIOR ADVISOR

Based in Sonoma County, CA, Naomi Fuchs is a Senior Advisor in Facktor’s Strategy & Growth division. Fuch’s expertise is in community health center strategy, business development, and collaborative partnerships. She is also a certified coach and provides leadership coaching with a focus on supporting emerging leaders in community health centers.

For 22 years, Fuchs served as CEO for Santa Rosa Community Health, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving 40,000 people annually. She oversaw the expansion of services from one health center to eight, opened a residency program, pediatrics program, and dental services, and integrated behavioral health services. She also helped the health center overcome the worst fire disaster in California history at the time, which destroyed its largest clinic.

Fuchs has more than 40 years of experience in healthcare executive management. She earned her degree in Anthropology from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and her MBA from Sonoma State University.
