SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Based in San Diego, CA, Molly Cristiano is a Senior Associate in Facktor’s Clinical Optimization division. Molly supports clients with project management, workflow optimizations, grant applications, and HRSA compliance for the 340B drug program.

Before joining Facktor, Molly worked as an AmeriCorps volunteer at United Way of San Diego County and as a project manager for Kaboom!, a national nonprofit based in Washington D.C.

Molly Cristiano holds a Master of Public Health from the University of California, San Diego, a Bachelor of Arts in History & Interdisciplinary Studies from San Diego State University, and is a Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM). In her free time, Molly enjoys training for marathons, surfing, hiking, and volunteering for community events in San Diego.
