MANAGER

Based in San Diego, CA, Molly Cristiano is a Manager in Facktor’s Clinical Optimization division. She holds deep subject matter expertise in Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and supports clients with the design, implementation, and evaluation of ECM and Community Supports programs.
Molly also holds subject matter expertise in dental operations, guiding clients in optimizing clinical workflows and strengthening revenue cycle strategy. Her broader expertise spans project leadership, enterprise workflow optimization, grant strategy and development, pharmacy operations, and HRSA regulatory compliance, with specialized focus on 340B pharmacy and dental services.

Before joining Facktor, Molly worked as an AmeriCorps volunteer at United Way of San Diego County and as a project manager for Kaboom!, a national nonprofit based in Washington D.C.

Molly Cristiano holds a Master of Public Health from the University of California, San Diego, a Bachelor of Arts in History & Interdisciplinary Studies from San Diego State University, and is a Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM). In her free time, Molly enjoys training for marathons, surfing, hiking, and volunteering with community organizations in San Diego.
