SENIOR DIRECTOR

Based in Los Angeles, Mike Wong leads Facktor’s Business Intelligence division. Wong builds systems and processes that help organizations leverage data into actionable insights, evidence-based decisions, and quality improvement across clinical, operational and fiscal sectors. His broad industry experience includes clinical quality improvement, population health management, practice transformation, data analysis, dashboard development and data visualization, general health center operations, mergers and acquisitions, and state and federal regulatory compliance. Wong has also supported health centers as an interim Chief of Operations and Director of Operations in Southern California.

Before joining Facktor, Wong previously served as a practice transformation and quality improvement consultant for community health centers, a population health management specialist at UCLA Health, and various roles in HIV testing, education, and program evaluation.

Wong earned his Master of Public Health from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Arts in Development Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. In his spare time, Wong enjoys Muay Thai kickboxing, hiking, cooking, and traveling.
