SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Based in Southern California, Mariah Mora is a Senior Associate in Facktor's Clinical Optimization division. Prior to joining the team, Mora was Area Manager at Carbon Health, where she oversaw multi-site clinic operations, led the successful launch of new clinics, and drove strategic initiatives that enhanced both clinical outcomes and organizational performance. With a strong command of SaaS-enabled healthcare systems, Mora has guided clients through onboarding and optimization of EHR platforms, leveraging data analytics to inform decisions and improve KPIs. She is passionate about aligning clinical, operational, and technical strategies to streamline workflows, scale operations, and enhance patient experiences. Mora has also held operational leadership roles at AccentCare, RadNet, and Scribe America, where she built cross-functional partnerships, implemented process improvements, and supported high-performing teams. Mora holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Touro University. Mora is also completing Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and holds DOT specimen collector trainer credentials.
