SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Based in Nashville, TN, Mariah Mora is a Senior Associate in Facktor's Clinical Optimization division. Mariah is a healthcare implementation specialist and technical assistance consultant with deep expertise in California's CalAIM initiative, supporting FQHCs, community-based organizations, and community health organizations through Medi-Cal transformation.

At Facktor, Mora delivers technical assistance across both DHCS-funded TA Marketplace engagements and direct client partnerships, guiding organizations through Enhanced Care Management, Community Supports, and Community Health Worker program implementation. Her work spans MCP contracting, billing compliance, EHR workflow optimization, and program sustainability planning, equipping organizations with the infrastructure to successfully launch and sustain CalAIM programs at scale.

Mora holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University San Marcos and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Touro University. A native of Southern California, she now calls Nashville home, where she enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, and gathering loved ones around a home-cooked meal.
