DIRECTOR

Based in Novato, CA, Mallory Gasaway is a Director in Facktor's Operations division. She works to provide project management, strategy discussions, onsite assessments, staff development, and LEAN methodology to support the work of the operations team. Gasaway also supports state licensure efforts.

Before joining Facktor, Gasaway worked as Practice Operations Administrator for MarinHealth Medical Network. Gasaway has certifications in Strategic Organizational Leadership and Project Management Essentials and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified. Outside of the office, Gasaway enjoys hiking, baking, and spending time with her three kids.
