SENIOR ADVISOR

Lloyd Smith is a Senior Advisor at Facktor specializing in FQHC and Community Health Center finance, with particular expertise in financial compliance and Operational Site Visit (OSV) support. Smith brings more than 28 years of experience working within a State Health Department, giving him extensive knowledge of the financial and regulatory requirements that impact health centers.

Prior to joining Facktor, Smith built a long career in public-sector healthcare finance and was personally recruited by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) to provide financial technical assistance. He currently serves as a fiscal reviewer for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Community Health Centers as part of Operational Site Visits, evaluating health center financial practices and compliance with federal requirements.

Smith holds a degree in accounting and is a licensed and practicing CPA and brings nearly three decades of healthcare finance experience to his work with Facktor. As a Senior Advisor, he supports Facktor’s health center clients with a focus on OSV preparation and financial compliance.
