Based in Los Angeles, Lelenia Ramirez leads Facktor's Health Center Clinical Optimizaiton division. Ramirez specializes in all facets of health center operations including practice transformation and optimization, clinical and operations partnership building, care team integration, process improvement, and healthcare compliance. Ramirez supports Facktor clients by leading patient access and practice transformation assessments, providing leadership coaching and serving in interim leadership roles within the health center.

Ramirez is an experienced healthcare leader with a track record of leading successful practice transformation initiatives through building successful partnership between clinical and operations teams, driving patient care initiatives, and building financial sustainability. She has over 18 years of health care and leadership experience within Federally Qualified Health Centers. During her tenure at East Valley Community Health Center, Ramirez worked in various roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, Compliance and Privacy Officer, Clinic Manager, and HIV Prevention Program Manager.

Ramirez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from the University of California, Riverside and a Master of Health Administration from the University of La Verne. She is an alumna of the Center for Health Professions at the University of California, San Francisco, the Clinic Leadership Institute’s Emerging Leaders Program, and successfully completed Lean Six Sigma Training where she achieved Green Belt-level certification.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ramirez enjoys watching her two daughters on the volleyball court.
