CHIEF INTEGRATION OFFICER
Based in Anaheim, California, Kristen Huttner is Facktor’s Chief Integration Officer, serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team and helping translate the company’s vision and strategy into coordinated execution across the organization. In her role, she provides leadership and oversight across internal Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Human Resources, ensuring teams, processes, and priorities are aligned to support sustainable growth and profitability.

Kristen plays a key role in driving operational effectiveness, organizational planning, financial and business performance, internal communications, and cross-functional collaboration. She partners closely with Facktor’s leadership team to establish priorities, strengthen accountability, improve processes, and build scalable systems that enable the organization to grow. She also oversees the employee experience, ensuring decisions are rooted in Facktor’s values and support a strong, connected workplace.

Prior to joining Facktor, Kristen held a variety of Human Resources leadership roles, most recently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for a large national retailer. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California.
Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys spending time with her family, usually with good food, trips to the beach, and plenty of fun outdoors.
