CHIEF INTEGRATION OFFICER
Based in Anaheim, California, Kristen is Facktor’s Chief Integration Officer. Huttner works as a strategic partner to the leadership team to maintain a connected workplace that values inclusion and development. She also leads all things HR including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, training, and employment relations.

Prior to joining Facktor, Huttner worked in a variety of Human Resource roles, most recently as a Human Resource Business Partner for a large retailer. Huttner has a Masters in Human Resources Management from University of Southern California. Outside of the office, Huttner enjoys spending time with her family, most times around food and fun. Being down the street from Disneyland, she along with her husband and son love to frequent the park for quick rides and bites.
