MANAGER
Working from both Washington D.C. and Orange County, CA, Kayli Choy is a Manager with Facktor's Operations division. Choy supports health centers with large-scale project management (including capital projects), operational and organizational assessments, interim leadership roles, Medicaid retention strategies, and data analysis to drive sustainable improvements. Choy also leads Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports (CS), and Community Health Worker (CHW) program optimization and care management strategy projects for FQHCs and CBOs. Choy is passionate about increasing healthcare access and enhancing health equity for all.

Prior to joining Facktor, Choy served as a project manager at a large hospital in Orange County, where she helped build the organization’s Patient Experience department. Choy earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles with a minor in Public Health. Choy is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Outside of the office, Choy enjoys reading and hiking.
