SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Working from both Washington D.C. and Orange County, CA, Kayli Choy is a Senior Associate consultant with Facktor's Operations division. Choy supports health centers with large-scale project management, operational and organizational assessments, interim leadership roles, and data analysis to drive sustainable improvements. Choy also leads Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program optimization and care management strategy projects for FQHCs and CBOs. Choy is passionate about increasing healthcare access and enhancing health equity for all.

Prior to joining Facktor, Choy served as a project manager at a large hospital in Orange County, where she helped build the organization’s Patient Experience department. Choy earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles with a minor in Public Health. Outside of the office, Choy enjoys reading and hiking.
