SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Working from both Orange County, CA and Washington D.C., Kayli Choy is a Senior Associate Consultant with Facktor’s Operations division. Choy primarily assists health centers with project management, data analysis, and overall coordination efforts to drive organization and operations improvements. Choy is passionate about increasing healthcare access and equity and improving social drivers of health.

Prior to joining Facktor, Choy gained data tracking and management skills as a project manager at a large hospital in Orange County, where she also helped build the organization’s Patient Experience department. Choy earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles with a minor in Public Health. Outside of the office, Choy enjoys hiking with friends, paddling, exploring new coffee shops, and scrapbooking.
