MANAGER

Based in San Jose, CA, Katie Cravea is a Manager with Facktor's Finance division. Cravea supports clients with financial reporting and analysis while ensuring their fiscal compliance and developing process improvements to optimize their operations. Prior to joining Facktor, Cravea worked as a financial analyst at Boston Scientific, a medical device manufacturer, where she gained experience in procurement, analysis, forecasting, and labor efficiency reporting.

Cravea received her Bachelor’s in Finance from Santa Clara University and a Master’s in Health Administration from Louisiana State University, Shreveport. Outside of the office, Cravea enjoys cooking, running, traveling, and practicing yoga.
