SENIOR ADVISOR

Based in Orange County, CA, Julie Sherman works with Facktor clients on government relations, community outreach, marketing and communications, and formulating documents for client applications. Sherman works as a project coordinator on HRSA funding and designation opportunities including New Access Point, Service Area Competition, and special funding applications.

Sherman has served as a public official, policy and program advisor, and community advocate in Illinois, Orange County, and in many local communities over the years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Illinois.
