Based in Los Angeles, California, Jose Alfredo Puche is an Associate in the Clinical Optimization Division, bringing a combination of medical training and healthcare administration expertise to his consulting work. Trained as a physician at Universidad de Carabobo in Venezuela and holding a Master of Healthcare Administration from West Coast University, Jose Alfredo brings a dual perspective to his consulting work, shaped by clinical education and sharpened by operational expertise. Though he does not hold a U.S. medical license and works exclusively in a consulting capacity, his medical background gives him a firsthand understanding of care delivery that informs every engagement.

Jose Alfredo supports Community Health Centers across a range of consulting engagements, including Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program development and optimization, patient access improvement, Medicare operational readiness, and Operational Site Visit (OSV) preparation. His work spans workflow analysis, process redesign, staff and provider education, to help organizations strengthen compliance, improve care coordination, and build sustainable operational infrastructure.
