DIRECTOR
Based in Sacramento, CA, Jessica Hampton is a member of Facktor’s Clinical Optimization division. Hampton has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including FQHCs, PACE programs, and the Managed Care space. Additionally, Hampton has worked as a practicing Physician Assistant and served in Operations and Practice Manager roles for over 12 years.

Prior to joining Facktor, Hampton served as the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) Manager at Central California Alliance for Health where she built the ECM/CS program and facilitated the management of day-to-day operations across five counties. Hampton oversaw process improvement initiatives and strategic development to ensure sustained program success. Hampton earned her Doctor of Management in Healthcare Administration and Leadership from Colorado Technical University, and a dual Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies and Public Health from Touro University.  She has a special interest in health equity and the medically underserved. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, a good book, and spending time with her dog, Gucci.
