Based in Los Angeles, Jenny Portillo is in Facktor’s Strategy & Growth division. Portillo leads projects on credentialing and privileging efforts for Facktor clients. She also supports Facktor's project teams in completing HRSA funding and designation opportunities including New Access Point and Service Area Competition applications.

Portillo began her healthcare career in patient care coordination. She is experienced with direct patient care interactions including liaising between physicians and patients/patient families within the clinical setting. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Portillo is passionate about increasing access to healthcare for uninsured and low-income families and individuals.
