SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Based in Los Angeles, California, Jenny Lee is a Senior Associate in Facktor’s Value & Quality division. With a strong background in data collection, analysis and dissemination, she has played a key role in healthcare quality improvement projects, streamlining grant reporting processes, and conducting time studies to enhance staff workflows. Lee's commitment to community engagement and culturally sensitive approaches is evident in her work.

Prior to her current role at Facktor, she implemented a gender-based violence prevention program at a non- profit in San Francisco for high-risk young people. Jenny also worked at a large Federally Qualified Health Center in Los Angeles County where she conducted needs assessments for and evaluated the effectiveness of a program for individuals experiencing substance use disorders. She combines her technical expertise with deep empathy for the populations she works with to create evidence-based and community-centered solutions. As a first-generation student herself, Jenny is passionate about helping students navigate their academic and professional journeys. Lee obtained her bachelor of sciences in Public Health from University of California, Irvine and a Master of Public Health from University of California, Los Angeles.
