DIRECTOR

Jennifer Honaker is a Director in Facktor's Finance Division, where she provides interim Chief Financial Officer services to community health centers. Jennifer built her financial leadership expertise over two decades in healthcare finance. At Mayo Clinic, she served as Senior Manager of Digital Financial Operations for the Center for Digital Health, building the enterprise's FP&A structure from the ground up and developing process automation with Python, Power BI, and Power Automate to turn large data sets into actionable reporting for senior leadership. As Manager of FP&A for the Mayo Clinic Health System's Wisconsin Region, she led the consolidation of two regional finance teams into a single structure and built tools that gave leadership a clearer view of financial drivers across the health system.

Before Mayo Clinic, Honaker spent 17 years at HCA Healthcare, rising from Staff Accountant to Controller, Associate Chief Financial Officer and then spent the last seven years of her career with them as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Staffing Officer. In that role, she directed all finance functions along with case management, supply chain, IT&S, HIM, PAS, and pharmacy; presented monthly financial and operational performance to the Board of Trustees; and partnered on real estate, physician recruitment, and market expansion strategy, including the launch of two freestanding emergency rooms that both outperformed ROI expectations.

Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Mountain State University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Health Services Administration and Public Service Administration, with minors in Accounting and Business Administration, from West Virginia University Institute of Technology. She is based in Spotsylvania, Virginia. In her free time, Honaker loves to travel and enjoys time with her husband and teenage boys.
