MANAGER
Based in Los Angeles, California, Heidi Chiu is a Manager in Facktor’s Clinical Optimization division. Chiu works to streamline Enhanced Care Management (ECM) programs, 340B programs, and general workflow processes by leading ECM projects, providing SME on ECM workflows, developing program documents, and creating data visualization tools. Before joining Fackor, Chiu worked as a Registered Nurse for Bread for the City, an FQHC based in Washington, DC. Chiu has a BSN from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s of Public Health from UCLA. Outside of the office, Chiu enjoys exploring different cafes and grocery stores in LA, playing with her cat Miko, and reading.
