Based in Los Angeles, Greg Facktor is the Founding Partner at Facktor. He is a national leader in the community healthcare compliance and regulatory field and oversees the firm’s strategic and resource development and client retention. He also serves as an advisor on a multitude of the firm’s projects including strategic planning, board training, development of new healthcare entities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Facktor founded the firm in 2013 and its forerunner in 2006. Prior to founding the firm, Facktor was Senior Vice President for O’Mara & Associates, Inc., the first risk management and compliance firm in California devoted to the community healthcare market. Under his guidance the firm has grown to become a nationally recognized resource for Federally Qualified Health Centers, hospitals, health plans, medical groups, and independent physician associations.

Facktor received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois. He has been an instructor of healthcare models, health information technology, and innovation at California State University, Los Angeles, the University of California, Los Angeles, and California State University, Fullerton. A native of Chicago, Facktor now calls Los Angeles home. Outside of the office, he enjoys skiing, tennis, fitness, hiking, and travel. Facktor considers himself a foodie and a caffeine addict who needs at least one strong cup of coffee each day.
