Based in Los Angeles, Ginger Tanner has 18 years of healthcare-related experience and is responsible for project management and process oversight for federal grant applications and clinic licensure by the California Department of Public Health. She also works with clients on clinical and administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Tanner handles HRSA funding applications and designation opportunities including New Access Points, Service Area Competitions, and additional special funding applications. Prior to joining Facktor, Tanner was Vice President of O'Mara & Associates, Inc., a hospital risk management consulting firm.

Tanner received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Barbara. For the past four years Tanner has served as Secretary to the Windsor Village Association Board, which actively works to protect and enhance the quality of life for the area and all its residents.
