Director
Based in Austin, TX, Franchella Jennett is a Director in Facktor’s Value and Quality division. Jennett has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including FQHCs and large non-profit health systems, focused on population health operations and performance management in managed care. Jennett has established and operated clinically integrated networks, led entities through Accountable Care Organization model transition, and supported primary and specialty care practices through transformation initiatives. She is a subject matter expert on CMMI innovation models and other alternative payment frameworks.

She is passionate about improving patient outcomes and supporting long-term financial sustainability through value-based care and fee-for-service integrated models, operations, and contracting. Jennett earned her Master of Public Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame. She has a special interest in digital innovations, reforming care delivery models, and bridging partnerships between patients, providers, and communities. Outside of work, Jennett enjoys spending time with family, volunteering, and exercising.
