SENIOR ADVISOR
Based in Miramar, FL, Dr. Donna Bridge serves as a Senior Advisor in Facktor's Clinical Optimization division, specializing in dental practice. With over 30 years of experience as a dentist, Dr. Bridge has spent 12 years in private practice and over 18 years in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dental practices, serving in both clinical and leadership roles. She has successfully guided the development of new startups and the expansion of existing dental clinics. As a certified Dental Educator, she has also directed Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) programs.

Dr. Bridge is an active member of the Board of Directors and Co-Chair of the Practice Management Committee for the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA). She is deeply committed to integrating oral health into overall health care and firmly believes that FQHC dental programs can achieve both high quality and financial sustainability with the right operational infrastructure. In addition, she serves as a Captain-Examiner for dental board licensing exams across the United States, Mexico, and Jamaica.

Dr. Bridge earned her dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry and her Dental Educator certificate from the University of the Pacific. In her free time, she enjoys growing orchids and other exotic plants, as well as traveling.
