SENIOR ADVISOR
Based in Central Oregon, Dick Sharp is a Senior Advisor in Facktor’s Strategy & Growth Group. Sharp's expertise is in the area of organizational and leadership development, talent management, organizational and team effectiveness, and talent acquisition. His HR and organizational development experience spans 30+ years across healthcare and other industries.

Prior to joining Facktor, Sharp held the HR Director role at Mosaic Community Health, a community health center in Central Oregon. Most recently, he was the HR Director at Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello, ID. Sharp also has experience as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Northern Arizona Healthcare, a 2-hospital health system of approximately 4,000 team members.

Sharp began his career in the pharmaceutical industry and worked as the HR VP for a regional health insurance company. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University. Sharp and his wife have recently returned to Central Oregon and enjoy all the outdoor opportunities it has to offer. In their leisure time, you can find the Sharps on the golf course and hiking with their dog.
