Danielle Jackson, MPH

DIRECTOR

Based in Sacramento, Danielle Jackson is a member of Facktor's Strategy & Growth division. Jackson brings to her client projects many years of community health center experience, including program development, strategic planning, grant writing and management, service integration, and leadership and staff development. Among other projects, Jackson is the lead writer for Service Area Competition, New Access Point, Supplemental Funding, and foundation grant applications.

Jackson has worked in FQHCs across California for many years; previous roles include Development Director, Ancillary Programs Director, and Health Education Manager. Jackson was also part-time faculty at California State University, Northridge in the Health Sciences Department, where she taught courses on program planning and evaluation, health behavior, and current public health issues.

Jackson earned a Master of Public Health from California State University, Northridge and Bachelor of Science degrees in Community Health and Women's Studies from California State University, Dominguez Hills. She currently sits on the Sacramento County Maternal Child and Adolescent Health Advisory Board. Jackson’s passions lie in women’s health, reproductive health and freedom, and social determinants of health. Outside of her profession Jackson enjoys sports, cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and sons.
