Based in Los Angeles, Chesney Hill is in Facktor's Strategy & Growth division. Hill handles organizational and clinical development for health centers, including formal Community Needs Assessments. She also serves as a writer on New Access Point and Service Area Competition applications. Before joining Facktor, Hill worked in entertainment. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Medical Anthropology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Hill and her teenage son are human companions to Georgia, a rescue dog.
