Ceirra Hoch, MBA
SENIOR MANAGER
Based in Mid-Michigan, Ceirra Hoch is a Senior Manager specializing in interim CFO engagements, financial forecasting, organizational assessments, partnership evaluation, and revenue diversification strategies. She works with healthcare organizations and nonprofits to navigate periods of growth, transition, and financial transformation, helping leaders align strategic priorities with long-term financial sustainability.
Ceirra brings a unique blend of finance, strategy, and healthcare partnership expertise. Her work focuses on evaluating new service lines, assessing strategic growth opportunities, and developing financially viable partnerships that strengthen organizational performance. She has extensive experience conducting financial modeling, forecasting, and operational assessments to support executive decision-making and organizational turnaround efforts.
Prior to consulting, Ceirra worked with MSU Health Care, where she partnered closely with executive and physician leadership to evaluate and structure both for-profit and nonprofit partnerships. Her experience includes financial planning and analysis, partnership valuation, and the negotiation and development of complex agreements, including Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), Joint Operating Agreements (JOAs), and Joint Ventures (JVs). This background provides her with a practical understanding of the operational, financial, and strategic considerations required to build successful healthcare partnerships.
In addition to her consulting work, Ceirra serves on the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for a local Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), reflecting her commitment to advancing access to care and strengthening community-based healthcare organizations.
Ceirra earned her Master of Business Administration from Washington State University. Outside of work, she enjoys weightlifting, golfing, backpacking, cooking, and exploring new restaurants and culinary experiences.
