Based in Palm Springs, Bruce Winningham is in Facktor’s Value & Quality division. Winningham is an experienced nurse executive, a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), and a PCMH Certified Content Expert. Prior to joining Facktor, he served as Director of Quality Management and Director of Nursing at Behavioral Health Services, Inc. Using empathy and data as a foundation, Winningham uses evidence-based methods to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs. Bruce earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from Baldwin Wallace University.
