SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Based in Seattle, Washington, Ashley Boomer is an Senior Associate consultant in Facktor’s Strategy & Growth division. Boomer serves as a talent recruiter for the firm, and is involved in the writing team, working on SAC/NAP Applications and Community Needs Assessments. She provides communications support for mergers and acquisitions, and interdisciplinary support on a wide variety of projects across the firm.

Prior to joining Facktor, Boomer worked with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder as a Behavior Interventionist for low-income families in South Central Los Angeles. Boomer earned her Master of Science in Management of Drug Development, her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a minor in Addiction Science from the University of Southern California (USC). Outside of the office, Boomer enjoys cooking, baking, exploring art museums, and traveling.
