MANAGER, RECRUITER

Based in Seattle, Washington, Ashley Boomer is a Manager, Recruiter in Facktor’s Strategy & Growth division. Boomer leads recruitment engagements for community health centers and other mission-driven healthcare organizations across the country, with a focus on provider, director, and executive-level searches. Her work spans the full recruitment lifecycle, from search strategy and candidate sourcing and assessment through interview processes, selection, and offer development. In addition to leading retained and interim recruitment engagements, Boomer supports clients with recruitment assessments, compensation analyses, and the development and implementation of standardized recruitment practices. She also provides interim human resources support to clients and leads Facktor’s internal recruitment efforts.

Prior to joining Facktor, Boomer worked with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder as a Behavior Interventionist for low-income families in South Central Los Angeles. Boomer earned her Master of Science in Management of Drug Development, her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a minor in Addiction Science from the University of Southern California (USC). Boomer holds a Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Certificate from Cornell University. Outside of the office, Boomer enjoys cooking, baking, reading, traveling, and exploring the beauty of Seattle and the Pacific Northwest.
