Based in Chicago, IL, Arijana Sovsic is an Associate in Facktor’s Finance division. Sovsic is a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative and primarily assists on revenue cycle analytics, performance improvement, project management, and system configuration. Her expertise lies in leveraging data analytics to identify and implement enhancements across front-end, middle, and back-end revenue cycle processes. Prior to joining Facktor, Sovsic served as a healthcare consultant focusing on revenue cycle operation improvement projects for various sized health systems and hospitals. Sovsic earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare administration from the University of Illinois with a minor in public health. Outside of the office, Sovsic enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and baking.
