DIRECTOR
Based in Columbus, Ohio, Anna Wuerth brings more than 15 years of experience in community health operations to Facktor's Health Center Operations Division. She has spent her career growing access to care for underserved populations. Before joining Facktor, Wuerth spent almost four years at AndHealth, where she brought specialty care and pharmacy services to Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) partners. She led the rollout of AndHealth's specialty services partnerships and managed how that portfolio performed over time. This work expanded access to dermatology, rheumatology, and neurology care for patients at local health centers.

Before AndHealth, Wuerth was Executive Director of Boundless Health in Central Ohio. There she helped expand primary care, behavioral health, and dental services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Wuerth also spent more than ten years at Equitas Health, where she worked across many parts of healthcare operations and HRSA compliance. She helped the organization earn its FQHC Look-Alike designation and keep meeting ongoing HRSA requirements. She also developed and expanded medical services and HIV/AIDS programs, and helped prepare for Operational Site Visits, funder reviews, and audits. As head of the grants department, she helped teams build budgets and proposals that met compliance requirements, and she supported the organization through change as it grew.

Wuerth earned a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Capital University. She also holds a master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ohio University, with a concentration in business venturing and innovation. In addition, Wuerth holds certificates in Project Management Healthcare Administration.
