Andy Eck, MBA
PARTNER
Based in Los Angeles, Andy Eck leads Facktor’s Operations Division, where he partners with healthcare executives to translate strategy into execution- particularly in complex, resource-constrained environments. Eck is known for helping organizations improve performance, scale sustainably, and navigate change by aligning people, process, and technology around what matters most: access, quality, and financial resilience.
Eck brings more than 20 years of leadership experience, including over 13 years in FQHC operations, with a career grounded in the realities of the safety net. He has worked extensively across the continuum of care, supporting FQHCs, MCOs, HCCNs, PCAs, CCBHCs and behavioral health providers, and academic research hospitals. His approach blends operational rigor with a deep understanding of mission-driven care, regulatory complexity, and community impact.
In his role at Facktor, Eck advises health system and safety-net leaders through enterprise operational and organizational assessments, guiding redesigns of operating models, staffing structures, and service delivery. His work frequently supports organizations at inflection points- growth, financial pressure, integration, or transformation- where clarity, disciplined execution, and trusted leadership are essential. Eck brings deep expertise in capital expansion & planning, service line development, and mergers & acquisitions and he regularly serves as an interim or fractional Chief Operations Officer and adjacent C-suite roles, helping leadership teams stabilize operations and drive measurable improvement.
An Oregon native, Eck holds a B.A. in Psychology and Health & Physical Education and an MBA from Southern Oregon University. Outside of work, he can often be found outdoors skiing, running, or camping- recharging in much the same way he encourages leaders to do during periods of sustained organizational change.
