Based in Los Angeles, Andy Eck leads Facktor's Operations division and has oversight of business development for the firm. He is passionate about organizational design, process improvement, strategic & operational planning. He has a special interest in supporting the intersection of process and technology. In his capacity as leader of Facktor’s Operations Division, Eck supports Facktor clients by providing executive coaching, leading operational and organizational assessments, providing strategic guidance on organizational redesigns, serves as a subject matter expert for capital projects, and leads pre and post M&A leadership and operational readiness activities. He has served as an interim Chief Operations Officer and adjacent C-suite roles through Facktor's Interim Staffing Program.

Eck brings years of leadership and health center operations experience to Facktor, as well as a desire to build strong and healthy communities. He has extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations that serve clients and patients across the wellness continuum. In addition to holding positions at Federally Qualified Health Centers, Eck has also held health and wellness leadership positions for organizations including Oregon Health & Science University and the YMCA.

An Oregon native, Eck received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Health & Physical Education and an MBA from Southern Oregon University. He also sits on the Westchester Family YMCA’s Board of Directors. Outside of the office he can be found outdoors; skiing, running, biking, and camping are just a few of his favorite activities.
