With over a decade of leadership experience in population health management, healthcare operations, and strategic consulting, Dr. Patel has consistently driven significant improvements in healthcare delivery and organizational growth. As the Chief Population Health Officer at Yuvo Health, she oversaw performance against value-based care targets and led cross-functional teams to integrate population health strategies across diverse healthcare programs. Previously, as Senior VP at Healthcare Partners, she developed and managed clinical programs to meet key performance indicators and strengthened provider partnerships.
