BUSINESS MANAGER

Based in Alameda, CA, Alyssa Ruckman-Sanchez serves as Facktor’s Business Manager, supporting the firm’s operations and ensuring efficiency across all business functions. She partners closely with firm leadership to streamline internal systems and support strategic goals, while working with the Managing Partner to align priorities and communications within the firm and with clients. Alyssa leads regulatory compliance and manages core financial operations, including firm and client invoicing—maintaining accuracy, accountability, and alignment across Facktor’s operational and financial systems.

Before joining Facktor, Alyssa served in an executive administrative role at one of the most prominent Bay Area public transportation agencies, supporting senior leadership and cross-departmental operations. Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys live music, Bay Area sports, literature, and spending time with her family.
