SENIOR ADVISOR
Allison Wolf is a Senior Advisor in Facktor’s Finance Division, bringing a decade of experience in accounting, assurance, and audit readiness. Her expertise includes audit preparation and coordination, monthly close processes, financial reconciliations, and accounting support. Wolf works closely with clients and audit teams to organize financial records, address documentation needs, and support timely audit completion.

Wolf previously served as an Assurance Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Private Client Services practice in Baltimore, Maryland. During her seven years with the firm, she managed audit engagements, supervised and coached teams, and supported clients across industries including consumer products, hospitality, construction, defense contracting, and real estate. Her experience also includes multilocation audit scoping, acquisitions, and opening balance sheet accounting. More recently, she has provided audit readiness consulting through Alliance Executive Search and accounting support through Lucrum Consulting.

Wolf earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Virginia Tech. Outside of her financial work, she is a PADI Scuba Instructor, coral restoration instructor, and underwater photographer. She also supports financial reporting and field operations for shark and ray research through ilili.
