MANAGER
Based in Florida, Alex Knoepfler is in Facktor’s Business Intelligence division.  Knoepfler has a background in report development where he has developed cloud-based applications for HEDIS, Claims, and Enrollment data.  Specifically, he has worked with clients to scope requirements, define KPIs, develop dashboards, and conduct live training.

Prior to joining Facktor, Knoepfler was a Lead Business Analyst for Centene Corporation where he created Power BI dashboards, designed data models, and established reporting best practices for his department. 

Knoepfler earned a Bachelor of Computer Science from SUNY the College at Brockport and is a certified Scale Agile Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).  His hobbies include watching NASCAR, playing the guitar, Jiu-Jitsu and caring for his many pets.
