CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER

Based in Boulder, CO, Alex Knettel serves as Facktor’s Client Relations Manager, building and strengthening client relationships and ensuring the team consistently goes above and beyond to meet each client’s needs. She partners closely with clients and colleagues to maintain clear communication and anticipate needs.

Alex also guides Facktor’s digital marketing, shaping strategy, developing content, and running campaign initiatives. Drawing on her communication expertise to make complex healthcare and policy topics clear and approachable, she manages the firm’s website, tracks performance metrics, and produces digital content.

Before joining Facktor, Alex served as the Marketing & Provider Relations Manager for a specialty healthcare practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the College of St. Benedict. Outside of work, Alex enjoys catching a live show, cooking, gardening, and exploring the Rockies with her family.
