CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER

Based in Boulder, CO, Alex Knettel is Facktor's Client Relations Manager. Knettel works to effectively build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships and ensure that the team at Facktor goes above and beyond to meet clients’ needs. Before joining Facktor, Knettel worked as the Marketing & Provider Relations Manager for a specialty healthcare practice. Knettel has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the College of St. Benedict. Outside of the office, she enjoys traveling, cooking, gardening, and exploring the Rockies with her German shepherd.
