MANAGER
Based in Monterey County, CA, Alanna Mack is a Manager in Facktor’s Strategy & Growth division. Mack has more than 10 years of experience in community health center and county health department service administration. She works to develop, write, and coordinate grant proposals for Federal, State, and local funding opportunities with a focus on HRSA development projects including Service Area Competitions, New Access Points, Look-Alike Initial and Renewal of Designations, and Supplemental Funding applications. Mack is a subject matter expert in HRSA compliance, provider credentialing, and clinic licensure. She also has extensive experience in grant implementation strategy and process development.

Prior to joining Facktor, Mack worked for a county owned health center operating twelve Federally Qualified Health Center sites. She has a passion for serving underserved communities in the healthcare industry and beyond. Outside of the office, Mack enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, volunteering with youth organizations in the area, and visiting the beautiful Monterey County coastline and enjoying the views.
